Q:i was just wondering what your recipe for overnight oats is? i've tried to find one, but they all contain diary (milk, yogurt, ect.) also, if you have many different recipes, could you just tell me one of your favorites? thanks so much! :)
my favorite is
1/2 cup old fashion oats, 1/2 coconut milk, cinnamon, scoop of almond or peanut butter, sliced banana, granola, and coconut!
there are soo many milk alternatives you can try (almond, soy, coconut milk) or you can even just use water!

you can find it in the baking section of the grocery store, just make sure the only ingredient is cacao! and thank you! xo
Q:HOw come you are vegetarian? Is it to be healthier? DOes this mean I should give up chicken and salmon to be healthy :(
